6/3/2022 6:54pm Here in NZ its one of the most used moto tyre brands. the X20 combination front and rear is as good as anything else on the market if not the best for our conditions. Josiah Natzke just went 19-15 at Pala using them on a privateer 250.

One of those failures (Julien's) was from a massive crash. I have absolutely no concern based on that, as it's a huge crash and something has to give. The other two failures are more concerning, but not from a safety standpoint as they were both the result of a crash, not the cause of one. Given that both failures were from the same team on the same day, I'm suspicious that the bolts may not have been torqued correctly (over-torqued). Maybe the torque wrench went out of calibration? Maybe it wasn't used in prepping for that race? We don't know...

Hydro clutches suck... No feel.... more complicated.... there are no upsides to a hydro clutch.... yet everyone thinks they want one because ktm pushed them on the market.....

12/7/2021 7:19pm although they only lasted a couple months how much riding did you actually do? if you did 60 hours in 2 months and they fell apart its far more understanding than if you did 3 hours.

They are perfectly fine. Been running them for 4 years now with zero issues even with crashes. I doubt the bar just snapped out of nowhere. I’ve seen a bar mount unthread multiple times.

Josh Coppins a lot since we are the same age. Ben Townley a few times, Shayne Darrell and Damian king , Darryl Hurley a lot and still do in vets races Chad Reed when he was 16 Stefan everts and Joel smelts when they came out here for the Taupo international , Never ridden outside Nz , but have been lucky enough to race most guys that came here ,
