The kid has raced 9 times and you think the bike is holding him back?? Right.... The sad thing is, you will only find out its not about the bike AFTER you've bought one and he's still finishing in the same position. The KTM is without doubt a better bike than the RM, but it won't turn a Novice in to an expert.

The kid has raced nine times and you actually belives that it is the bike that holds him up? Look how fast Tomac and the other Suzuki amateurs went on those bikes back in the days. The RM 85 engine is quite good in stock form, its the frame flex and suspension that is really out-dated. Sure you cant compare it to a modern KTHUSKYGAS 85, but do you think that the roles would be reversed if the guys that finnish in front of him ran on rm85’s and he ran on a austrian bike? Put your money on MX...

5/20/2021 7:38am Using the CBX20 in the US and we love it. I was a little worried about customer service but these guys always answer my questions. I made a request for a change in the app and it was implemented in the next update a week later.

Thanks for your input. But there is definitely a big difference between the two systems ... MXBuddy is cheaper, but once you really tested Crossbox in combination with the CBX20 you will know why there is a difference in price ... the app features are NOT the same ... plus, the Dual XGPS160 (which is required for the MXBuddy App) is a really low quality device. We sold hundreds of those devices and got so many customer complains that we decided to develop our own GPS hardware, the Crossbox CBX20. 30% of the Dual XGPS160 broke after 6 months and...

2/21/2021 5:12am I bought the CBX20 last week and got to use it over the weekend and it worked flawlessly. The only complaint I have and it's not a huge issue at all is the jump data reads in meters. I'm sure they could easily add this feature to the app like they did with KMPH to MPH. Couple of my friends...

The Husqvarna was purchase from AEO Powersports in Murrieta, big thanks to Jeremy over there for helping me out even though I have a deal with Chaparral. And yes, I did piss off some magazines. I got calls about it all week from OEMs who said that one of them had threatened them over my Shootout. As for the Yamaha, the mags can wait because they’re waiting on their loaner bikes from the OEM. Which means they have to sign a NDA when they test them. Mine was privately acquired so I didn’t have to sign a NDA.

Chaparral does not sell Husqvarna’s so how did you buy a bike they don’t sell. And Yamaha has not done the 450 intro yet. You have pissed a lot of the magazines making them angry trying to one up them instead of playing by industry practice. Seems like you have a hidden agenda ML. What else in this shootout is also not true. You don’t have credibility with several mags their words not mine. And I have no credibility with anybody and that’s ok but your burning bridges you might one day need to cross. Your only hurting yourself.
