Ray´s been at Suzuki sence... 1979/80... first as a rider . blew his knee badly... they could have fixed it now a days but back then the technology wasnt there.... then he wreched for Scott Burnsworth and then became assisant manger.... Hes been there a looooooooog time. He deserves it... Ray helped...
