I think the only one you’re trying to convince is yourself. I don’t know very many people that said Deegan would beat everybody and dominate. The general consensus, even among Deegan fans, was that he would probably win some races, but wouldn’t beat Jett, Hunter, Eli or Prado on the regular. I think at times Haiden can run their pace. We've seen it in quali's and at various points in motos, and I'd imagine it will happen more often. Every rider out there is constantly seeking incremental growth but since he's newer to the 450 I'd imagine probably has more places to grow before his returns diminish. One strength I've noticed from Deegs is that he's very good at hitting a benchmark and then treating that as a new launching off point. Set goal > barely achieve it > learn to normalize it > stabilize > set new goal > repeat...

Deegs is on his own island it seems. Glad to see is isnt mailing it in yet. I know he recently talks about bike set-up but he is also watching the Law Firm skipping over bumps into corners etc. Before the Laws started riding this way it was just go as hard as you can and tough it out. Deegs needs to adapt this style and of course bike change is required but it will not be instant magic.

Deegan wrecked in that one - first turn after holeshot. Yeah Jett spanked everyone. Why didn’t he do it in the second moto?

Yups, Deegan is not rolling over, he tries hard and is worth all the praise for it... Different can be said about those outside top4 when they see Deegan coming.

Jett's advantage is being able to practice with Hunter. However at no stage in this sport's history has it been essential to practice with equal level talent to win. I don't think that's changed.

Hunter has proved hard work can overcome talent (Jett level talent)..should mean others can too. Right now outside of Deegan not seeing anyone with potential to put the work in to match their speed.. Hunters advantage is being able to practice with Jett and so he knows what speed he needed to work to…Deegan and others don’t get that on a consistent basis..

I said his ride was impressive. But it wasn’t as impressive as Deegan’s. No contradiction there. I could just as easily say that Deegan’s ride was impressive but not as impressive as Jett’s. I’m sure you wouldn’t have an issue with that. As far as shitting on RJ, I didn’t. But with the amount of shitting on Deegan at this place, I’ll take your comment with a grain of salt being that I doubt you have taken defense of Deegan like you have for RJ.
