The KTM has an opening on the number plate side that allows more air in, the Husky is one piece number plate. Drilling holes would help, getting the two stroke cage helps and if you have Tokyo mods remap your stock ignition you won't have a problem with bottom end.

As far as I know it will be close to the same just not sure on the exhaust, and the usual different graphics and what not. I am not sure about the seat cover, although I talked with my buddy at Guts and they are making a LOT of the same seat covers so maybe.

Stock husky bars rolled back, Pro Taper medium compound grips and ARC levers on the brake and clutch side. Way better levers to have than the stock Husky ones which seem too thin for me.
