Cool. Nice to see another '91 125 on the boil. I know peekfreak on here had a nightmare finding the correct blue plastics for his build. I liked the idea of the Rob Herring or castrol replicas as alternatives for my build, but may go with something more factory for a colourscheme. Frame looks great, and the condition of what...

Before I fit this to my CR125 (which will be raced) are any of you guys chasing one for a restoration? It's a perfect match for the 90/91 orange.

The tyre's creeped. Powder or grease the tube when you install, and make sure the rimlock's tight. Run the nut at the valve up to the underside of the valve cap, so you'll notice the creep before it tears out the valve.

Building a '90 with '91 bodywork at the moment myself. Had considered the 80's colour scheme you've used too, but went for OE colours. Wondering if I should've now, as your bike looks fantastic.

If you start replacing parts and refinishing them it's a restoration. It may only be a partial one, but unless you've only changed consumable items (ie, tyres, pads, chain, sprockets) you've been restoring it. Frame strip and repaint / powder, and get inside the motor, and you're looking at a full resto. All just my opinion of course.

Looks to be going together beautifully. Really enjoying watching this bike take shape. Had an 86 250 that got stolen, and just love the way they look. Nice to hear positives about the mitaka baskets. Had heard a couple of good things before I bought one, so great to hear they hold up well. Definitely look like a much better...
