Everts is hard to argue with. Tony was/is still great. Osborne was a real late bloomer too and won his title 30+. McGrath, Windham, LaRocco, Reed and Brayton all won races in their 30s and were super competitive. If we're talking guys who stayed at it post-retirement, Doug Dubach, Mike Brown, Kurt Nicoll and many others continue to amaze. Part of the key seems to be just staying at it. But for me, The Junkyard Dog will always be King of the Vets.

Make friends with track owners or locals and keep bike and equipment at or near track… or storage near track, prob 100 bucks a month. Most if not all rental facilities are month to month.

My dad just turned 80, is a stoke victim, and lives alone. He’s having a tough time right now from a health perspective and is turning into something of a curmudgeon...so he’s negative about most everything. So last week we were back to the hospital in a rough situation and he was totally down, argumentative, and frankly not making much mental sense. So I threw...

FYI - hide all of your beer, and booze deep in the camper, inside stuff, under stuff, ect.... They physically searched our camper upon pulling into redbudd last MXON and took a few bottles we didn't have hidden well enough.

Parked by a guy who unloaded his bike (crf450 with electric start) and started it, then left it sit idling while un-packing all his gear and gearing up. I didn't know a modern 450 could idle on a stand for 15+ minutes without blowing up lol
