When I used to read DirtRider(before it sucked) TWMX and RacerX in the late 90's and early 00' s...I used to think the ads were sick and they actually got me pumped to ride.

those who are graduating from top law schools are having a super tough time and often working for peanuts. its not your fault, its just that the market is overly saturated with lawyers thus the demand has dropped. CO isn't exactly the hot...

10/31/2011 3:01pm hate to break it to you buddy, unless you're going to a top 10 or 15 law school and @ the top 20% of your class...that law degree might net you $50k a year unless you setup your own shop and get your own clientell. good luck!!

10/31/2011 1:10pm the sport needs 2-strokes now more then ever.... it is true..back in the day you could buy a 125 and 250 2-stroke and race the damn things every weekend without a small fortune. Who can afford it now?? MX is a blue collar sport..and that was the reason why it was so popular in the 90's...more people participating = more...

10/31/2011 12:24pm at the local level, i think bike time is more important than fitness..unless you ride with national level intermediate riders.

10/31/2011 10:27am i dont think the 4-strokes have changed the racing aspect of it that much...
i was @ A1 in 2010 when dungey moved up, him and JS were wheel to wheel the whole race.
i watched dungey and barcia duke it out on their 450's @ unadilla this year too
the same people saying 4-strokes make the racing boring were...

the best part about the sport prior to the collapse of 2008 was the spectator participation...every year it really does die off and it is hurting the sport.
yes 4-strokes are expensive but if we had a big surge of PAYING jobs come back to this country..yeah..more...

10/31/2011 9:04am how big is the 16 year old?? if he's smaller, the 2001+ RM125's are good bikes. I had a 2003 when i was 16 and i was about 5'3 and 120 lbs...worked awesome, suspension on those bikes are for lighter guys. (in stock trim) The CR125's are REALLY slow, but reliable and would make a good beginners bike as well...
