Total state and federal taxes and fees on a gallon of CA gas is right about $1.18 per gallon. Thats about $35 per tank for each of my work tucks in taxes and fees. But we need trillion dollar infrastructure projects with borrowed money that goes on the tax payers tab because it's never enough. Look into SB 1 that CA voters approved if I'm not mistaken it raises gas taxes as cost of living ( inflation ) rises. That's on top of the tax increase caused by inflation automatically. And when everyone caves in and buys electric cars to...

Climate change is real...but it's not human caused....the Climate has been changing since the beginning of the earth...and it will change until we humans are wiped off the face of it...and then keep on changing after that. Humans didn't cause the last ice age,and they didn't cause it to end...and we aren't causing it to warm up now...we are just along for the ride, until we aren't...And the earth will wipe us all out, and then keep on keeping on like its done for billions of years. I see no point at all in crippling economies, impoverishing societies, and shackling...

So I have to give GuyB some props. He built this thing from a conglomeration of a couple of what might be called "Redneck "sites. Guy did really good work getting this to where it is and I feel bad every time he is bashed. To be clear, he and I rarely got along. I used to be in the industry so he put up with me I suppose. Yes, I agree that Michael is doing a great job, but there's a dude that started this, and I believe he deserves our appreciation irrespective of belief or opinion.

My vote is for staged. The open hand ‘punch’ looked like a very good acting punch, but that’s about it. I don’t know if it was planned by the awards group or just between the actors themselves, though.

Staged for ratings. Hollywood is so bankrupt for originality and ideas they are feigning this kind of crap to get attention. Downright pathetic. That area used to be ground zero for acting talent, free thinking, insightful writing about the human condition, IMAX worthy cinematography, true art on celluloid. Now its cancel culture, woke scripts with quota casting and zero new ideas. All ran by a generation of no talent hacks who cant see past their Twitter feed and whats 'trending'. Coming up, yet another 'Spiderman' remake. smh

Staged. Far worse things have been said. Go watch the roast of Pete Davidson. Absolutely brutal. His father was killed in the attacks on 9/11 and jokes included that. Too me that was crossing a line.

I will never believe this wasn’t staged. They’re actors. These award shows are a shell of what they used to be. What’s happening is the exact reason they would stage this. Mission accomplished.
