it does not take much water, like a few ounces to create a milk shake affect. Its got to come apart and inspect! unless there is some obscure thing that you are not sharing, (and I doubt you are not) its water, water, water and its got to be coming from the rad. there is no other place for it...

Its straight up water in the oil. so either head gasket, water pump seal leaking, open rad and see how low the coolant is

It should be the first thing you do to a bike! I see people pay 1k for an exhaust, then 250 for customer stickers, then ti bolts, seat covers, etc. Suspension is the 1#, most important part of the cycle. Then get the other fun things. As for the cost, I am shocked its not more.
