Serious question, is your life so boring that you feel the need to just say ridiculous things here and pick fights? Definitely sad. Alpinestars has every right to be happy their product they put the time, energy, and risk into bringing to market performed like they hoped it would and helped the one guy choosing to wear it possibly save him from a career ending injury or worse. Not only impressive that the tech air does what it does, but the fact they came out with data to back it up is really impressive. If I wasn’t an A-Stars fan before I sure as shit am now. No way to prove it but I believe that system saved his ability to move his legs if not his life. Absolutely wild.

1/13/2026 1:32pm Not true, it's there to detect many different crash scenarios depending on which setting you are using. Not only that but I'm almost positive that the setting the guys are using in supercross is different than what comes stock for people like you and I.

I think we've hit the point of max technology for the price. The manufacturers could do more advanced things like magna-ride type suspension, more advanced maps, lighter weight materials, etc. but people don't want to pay $20k for a dirt bike. Since we moved to 4 strokes, bikes haven't advanced that much. Look at a 2008 CRF450 vs a 2026 CRF450. The 26' isn't that much better. Yes FI is a big improvement, but a well setup 08' is more than enough bike for most of us on this forum. Where I do see some potential for advancement would something...

12/22/2025 7:28am Agreed, and furthermore Jett and Hunter both are wearing extremely custom 10’s. They aren’t even really Tech 10’s, just made to look like them. Can’t even really say it’s a Tech 7 in disguise as it’s just purely a custom boot. No booty, super soft and flexible, etc.

I know a bit behind the scenes and supercross is just a whole different animal to get the algorithm dialed in for. 12/11/2025 10:05am There's been tons of interviews with riders saying that free practice was unnecessary. Yeah, it's hard for us mortals to understand but I don't think this is a irrational or foolish move on FELDS part and that they didn't consult before hand.

No, it’s more like how 6D and Alpinestars (and a million other brands) use the same factory to make their helmets. I wouldn’t say astars makes 6D helmets, would you? Fly may use the same factory but 100% doesn’t own the factory. It’s really not a big deal, I was just clarifying your post in case others read that and think it’s true.
