Alot of people believe heat treatment is the way to go but my opinion is that if your using quality materials and a skilled Tig welder that knows the importance of good penetration, you wont have the need to heat treat your frame. Hope that helps.

Hey mate I did consider mounting the cdi in the factory position but I decided to tuck it up the inside of the frame above the carb in a alloy cradle i made as its was right next to the coil and hidden away so there was no need to extend any wiring which ... more »

Has anyone ever seen this engraving on a cylinder? MP? its on a 95 Cr500 motor I imported from the States. Its had a awesome porting job done. Cheers for any Info.

Yeah mate its the first set of dark color and matte graphics I have had. I just didn't want the graphics to be to loud and take away from the rest of the bike. Cheers man.
