Dirty Steve Started a new thread KTM giving the Husqvarna side some design freedom in 2015....
5/8/2014 12:20pm From what I understand, the 2015 stuff from KTM is going to be all new, and they are taking the leash of the Husqvarna design team. Anyone know anything about this? Manny Ornelas? I am looking into the Husky 300 banger, but may wait until the 2015 drops.

5/7/2014 11:43am I really want to believe that is you in your avatar. One thing about the TLD's is there is pretty much nowhere to mount a gopro on top of them. you can, but it will be funky at best.

5/7/2014 11:38am and when it's a 15 year old kid on a poorly jetted carb'd one, with roached silencer packing, who spent the previous evening watching Barcia videos on youtube, it's next level painful

5/7/2014 11:03am with enough muffler, yea... and if that muffler got large enough, you could split it into 2 mufflers. Now try explaining that to the redneck sitting on his tailgate bad mouthing the Honda. LMFAO hey Cam, I actually rode Mike jr's TM300EN from cycle playground at budds creek. I didn't take the performance too seriously because it was a 100%...

5/7/2014 10:59am Not at all how it works dude. Higher octane doesn't raise your compression. It withstands pre-ignition caused by higher compression better. Cheap, low octane gas explodes (detonates/pre-ignites) before top dead center because it burns hotter... if the compression/heat is high enough, that heat turns into spontaneous combustion...heat is horsepower/energy leaving your motor and vanishing into thin air. it's a "waste...

5/7/2014 10:51am Airoh and AGV don't adhere to the DOT crash standards that the Japanese and American helmets do... its not to say they aren't safe.. its just that Europe has separate crash standards for onroad and offroad. so when you pick one up, youll notice it is noticeably thinner and flexes more, almost like a MTB helmet. They are also super...

5/7/2014 10:03am I know the Cycle Playground guys... Mike sr. and Mike jr. I hope TM gives you a good deal, you give them a lot more exposure than any of the vendors do.

5/7/2014 9:56am Metcalf's bike ran out of gas on Suzuki. he was doing 30 minute motos, and the OEM suzuki tank will NOT last for a 30 minute moto. Suzuki did not provide him with the larger "outdoor" tank for his practice bike. You've seen it.. its the carbon fiber one that looks like it holds about another 16oz of fuel right...

5/7/2014 9:35am He's the guy who was jumping up and down in here saying RV was racing nationals, and we are all idiots for thinking otherwise.... you can pretty much just disregard what he says while his stomach digests all that crow. but hey, let me get that cone pipe...

5/7/2014 9:18am That bike pictured is a euro-spec model where they have pretty strict 95 dB limits for all tracks. It's actually not much bigger than what the YZ250 has been coming with for the last 3-4 years. Hey NastyCam, where are you getting your TMs? is it a canadian dealer, or are you bringing them north from Motoman West? you get...

5/7/2014 6:37am Lots of misinformation here. avgas or 100ll is NOT 25 per gallon. it's 5.65. It's 100oct rating is for 30k altitude. (which is funny because piston planes only do about 8,000 AGL) At sea level it is 115. It has a shit ton of lead and all engines love it. I run avgas and honda hp2 at 60:1 in my...
