Jed lived his life to the fullest, on his terms. He was one of the most easygoing, kindhearted people I have ever met. There was nothing Jed wouldn't do to help out, from last minute plane flights to bail us out and drive our truck to literally coaching me down a 6% grade in Gretchen (the name of our new...

Normally I will race a stock bike with some LS Motors’ bits on it: the Showa suspension, Doma pipe and Renthal handlebars. It’s not super trick compared to some of the factory stuff, but if you have a bike that works well and is dialled in for you, it’s possible to get good results that’s what I’ve proven in GP’s...

And by quite a lot of trouble setting up the bike I think you will find that Clement means building the bike Friday before...

Engine wise, the earlier CRF's have valve and seat issues... you could update the cylinder head to a 08 or 09 as well as the stock cam out of these years with a CP high compression piston, and a Yoshimura exhaust, I think you would be pretty happy with the Engine performance.

It was a real pleasure to work with Clement DeSalle and provide him a race bike for Washougal. I think his results in practice and the 1st moto were nothing short of amazing. The kid is very humble and driven to succeed. It was not a fluke that he landed on the podium the 1st moto, it was just unfortunate...
