We just put an STIC from Harris Performance in our Keihin 38mm. My kid did before and after ride. Came back blown away. We had a ride day over weekend and all the boys were fighting over it. Best description - It feels like a two-stroke four stroke. The part was basically plug and play came with all jets and needle, etc..................

i stuck a small screwdriver in there when undoing it i didnt realise it needed it going back together although its not done up overrly tight just nipped up to check i had done it right

How in the world did you crash on that jump? That's Murphy's night track right? The the step table top thing by where you get on the track? Anyways I noticed the KTM's are pretty sensitive with the AER forks being lined up correctly and will transfer a lot more vibration if out of wack on a bind. Loosen the pinch bolts on the forks and triple clamps and recenter everything by tightening the upper bolts on one side of the triple clamps then spin the front wheel and lock it up a few times. 😳 i hope you weren’t yawrning on it hard because you are supposed to use a special tool to lock the PV arm in place when removing that bolt Same when reinstalling.
Also I forgot to say Iv pinched that o ring before it put a tiny flat spot making it leak all over as soon as I turned the gas on took all apart and replaced it with the other one I got put water proof grease on the oring and boom no leak.

The spark plug ground electrode is white i gotta just make it as rich as can be and see what happens, current situation is had to cut the throttle cable to get the plastic retaining ring around from the aluminum screw in piece that goes into the slide and what the throttle cable pics up on. Coming off WOT it seems to wanna bog out i notched the slide and it was better but still would wanna die I think I’m gonna try clip 3, then a 32.5

I’m tryna upload a video to the page but it’s right around 1/8 1/4 throttle pilot 30 main 480 I think clip 1 and 1 1/2 turns out. I DIDNT notch the new #5 slide on the little U shape, could this be the reason I don’t remember anybody saying to notch the #5
