5/7/2013 8:00pm Believe it or not, I was the camera man for that interview. It was shot with Steve's iPhone (Hi-tech NASA stuff!!) and I noticed the TFS sticker on the camera and moved so I could get that in the shot. Bruhn got a huge kick out of that move. That was our next to last trip together, We went to...

5/7/2013 7:07pm Bruhn was a brother to me. He came to live with our family once he decided to get off the circuit. He wanted to work for NASA so I helped him get a position because I knew he could handle it. He and I worked side-by-side on the Ares Rocket doing flight test and evaluation. I received numerous emails today...
dev14 Added a reply to TFS in Critical Condition after Massive Heart Attack
5/7/2013 7:07am Thanks for updating Bauer. Here is some background and another status. Bruhn is still with us this morning and that is a good sign. Bruhn had two massive heart attacks. He was in a Memphis hospital for a routine procedure and not on telemetry when he had the first attack. Nobody knows how long he was down before they found...

This is Steve and my son Brien DeVillo at the Tulsa Arenacross 1/26/2013. He really liked it when people found out he was there and wanted to meet him. When they started introducing themselves to him, he said "that's something, huh?" We hope and pray he gets to go with us next year too!

When Steve left NASA, he went to work for FED EX taking care of their aircraft engine. A UPS guy made a mistake of making a delivery while we were outside the arena in Tulsa........ I stood lookout watch while he did this.. LOL

5/6/2013 6:08pm As far as I know, this is his last race report/Story he wrote: http://www.motonews.com/content.php?203-Brien-DeVillo-s-Road-to-Supercr… Just praying that it is not his last that he will be able to write. C'mon dude, you can beat this.

5/6/2013 6:02pm I just talked to his sis-in-law. The outlook is bad, really bad. His sis-in-law Rhonda called me from his bedside so I can tell him "anything I need to tell him". How do you tell a brother and a friend goodbye? He is and always has been part of our family and went with us to shoot his last race...
dev14 Added a reply to Help Kyle Goerke
4/19/2013 2:19pm I am giving what I can. We've known the Goerke's for a while, they are GREAT people, and i know they will humbled and greatly appreciate any help at all. I saw Kyle at Daytona and even while he was obviously in pain, he was more concerned with how WE were doing, what we have been up to, and excited...

1/30/2013 6:41pm Very well said!!
There are the same half dozen or so out there because they can actually have a pro series to race that pays well. I'm sure we would be amazed at Chad Johnson or Tyler Bowers W-2's from the past couple of years. The up-and-comers who will go directly to a factory, big-buck team are chosen long before...

1/29/2013 8:30am OK, I'll bite......how is the system seriously flawed and how is cherry picking going on?
dev14 Added a reply to has anyone raced the Arenacross Am day?
1/28/2013 6:46pm They just have the age groups if I remember right. You will get a quick practice, maybe 5-6 laps. Short tracks so it doesn't take a lot of time to learn the track. They tame the whoops a little, usually lessen the steepness of the timing sections, and shorten the catapult. Pretty much you get just a few minutes on...

1/27/2013 9:12pm Hands down, the coolest Monkey ever! I'm talking about TFS hahahahha. We enjoyed hanging out with you this weekend dude! Thanks for coming with us! You need to post the RC interview.

1/27/2013 9:09pm It is a great idea. It builds two series and will make things safer in SX by providing riders with experience racing indoors on tight tracks with steep faced jumps and timing sections. TFS did an interview with RC that is a must see (it's on Mototalk). If someone wants to race SX in 2015, they will have to race...

1/6/2013 5:08pm Jonathan,
I am going to chime in here as well. I remember you from our Florida days. I am also an engineer and I work for a federal agency (the one Space X is competing with). I have a BS in Physics, an MSEE, and an MBA from one of those Boston universities. When we were in a hiring phase...

I remember his first race paddling his legs down the straights on a PW50 and watching the races when not on the track. His transition from Cobra's to KX65's was anything but smooth. He would go out, fall, bust his butt, get right back on (sometimes with frustration tears) and worked hard to get it right. Adam has worked...
