It took RC 3yrs to be able to beat MC on a SX track. RC is undoubtedly the greatest dirt bike racer of all time and was an absolute savage. If it takes RC 3yrs to beat you then yeah you’re as good as it gets. I swear, these kids have no idea how good MC was.

With Jett going down this year, that's one less key competitor for Eli to have to beat. Would anyone be shocked to see Eli win another 7-8 wins this year given his current speed? That would put him damn near 60 SX wins. I know he says he is retiring, but if he goes on a win streak and gets up to 60 wins, does he come back part time for SX only and try to break the record? Maybe its just my YouTube algo, but I see a lot of Gypsy long form and short form content in my feed. Gypsy does a great job making 30 second reels and 5-15 min clips out of his long form podcasts. I listen to a lot more clips than I do full episodes. I have to search for Pulp.

He is taking much better care of himself these days but I'd guess Matthes weighs considerably more than Gypsy.
