2/22/2013 11:31pm Maybe, but what I was trying to do in this post is get some educated racer perspective on why guys bail midair when its seems counterproductive to do so. And yes I know they're prob not hitting 50 mph in sx rythm sections, was just trying to illustrate a perspective verbally.

You hit a triple doing 50 plus mph, and eject off the bike 18 feet in the air bc you are gonna come up short...

1/23/2013 7:24pm I'm sure this is pretty obvious but it seems like the tracks, especially the rythm sections, are very basic and one lined compared to years past. Common reason I've heard is power of bikes nowadays. In my opinion the racing is not nearly as exciting when the top 8 are following each other round the track in the same line.
