I had a pro circuit system on my old KX250F. Idled like crap, and wasn't the easiest to start. Went back to stock and the idle was great. Certainly lost some top end with the stock exhaust. But IMO the pro circuit pipe was too large for anything but a full blown race bike with the idle screw turned up...

She can feel the vibrations, I'm sure it takes her longer to adjust to different bikes. But clearly she doesn't need to hear to shift

If you have any mechanical skill then you can do it. There's a ball, a spring, and an indent. About it

If you have to ask, you should probably ask the mechanic to look at it next time you take it in for a valve check or whatever. In the mean time try to bump start it as much as possible lol

Ya know, I thought the same thing when I was 16. Mobile 1 must suck because it comes out so black. Turns out the Castrol 5W30 full syn didn't have any detergents in it, detergent free oil.... and I thought it was better because it came out cleaner.

My 2012 KTM has the VIN on a sticker as well. Does the sticker not count?

I've never even rode a crf150, much less worked on one. But do they use an accelerator pump? Could be the issue

Go to your local dealership or track and ask for help with your helmet. If it's the wrong size, you need to get the right size and asap. Nobody can tell you for sure if it's the right size over the Internet

It'd be a cheap fix... because if they did it right to begin with they wouldn't need a gasket to close off ports.

Looks like it's trying to concentrate the flow around the exhaust side. Coulda been a cheap fix to a poor cooling design. Could also be to keep the stock engine warm, but make it easy for modded engines to cool better.
