You don't really know how it works at a Nations, do you? Top 7 MX2 rider means he will finish around 15th-20th place in the races... That's probably NOT good enough for a podium. To get to the podium the 250-rider should at least get 1 result close to the top 10.

LOL stop whining about it. The nations is about scoring as LESS points as possible. Barcia scored 17 points and that's just not good enough. There were years when whole team USA scored lessed points after 3 moto's. It not about speed or if and buts, but results in the end. 14 and 3 isn't good enough for a team...

No not really, he was 14th + 3rd. 2nd race he started second while Herlings crashed in the start, ended up 3rd almost a minute behind Herlings, who was just a kid on a big bike which he wasn't used to as a 250-rider.

Yeah Coldenhoff wasn't too happy that Herlings passed him in the last lap. Costed him a very valuable 3 points. Would be very sore if he ends up 2 or 3 point behind Paulin after this race...

It's just the truth. This is not a heavy sandtrack. They should go to Lommel or Veldhoven when they didn't do anything to track for a few days. But Deurne is a good track to start with. I really like it that they come here to adjust to the weather and tracks. Should help team USA to get a podium.

No, Geerts isn't going forwards anymore, if you look at the results. In 2018 he was scoring podiums already, he didn't improve this year. Yep, could be Vialle, could be Geerts but both have to be more consistent than they are now if they wanna beat TKO over a whole season. Just my two cents
