Sandman, that's what I'm thinking as well. Bike is heading into the shop shortly to splitting cases to confirm, unfortunately splitting cases is beyond my limits of ability. Thank you for your input, I appreciate it.

Welp, not the idler pump washer. No idea where this could have come from after reviewing all of the schematics online… Maybe the main shaft thrust washer or stop disc??? Looks like I’m gonna run it until she gives up the ghost.

I am the Parts Manager at a Ford/Lincoln dealer, that sells over $14,000,000.00 per year in parts. Here is the truth about parts and parts sales. Number 1, you have to have sales history to be able to stock the correct inventory. If nobody is buying it you shouldn’t be stocking it. that being said you must log any lost sales to build adequate history. If someone asks for a part and you don’t stock it, you log a lost sale. I’ve been wearing the SG12’s since they came out. Used SG10’s before that. I’ve never had a single issues with any of them. On the other hand.... I have friends that wear the A-Stars tech 10’s and they go through soles really fast. I don’t think the A-Stars quality is anywhere near the Gearne boots.

I have a set of these. Best mod I've made to a bike ever. I previously tried a different spring kit with revalve in my 17 KTM, was an improvement over the air but wasn't perfect. I sold those with the bike. Got an 18 KTM then and put a set of these SS setup by Turbojez and I couldn't ask for a better fork. I can't recommend them enough, lovely and plush on initial stroke with amazing bottoming resistance. They look badass on the bike too.
