This makes no sense to me , if he is anything other than a figurehead. Half the reason they are where they are , is because he could ride the shit out of whatever he was given, and they did very little work to help Weimer. Its like hiring JS7 to fill out your paperwork.

Agreed. I hope he gets his personal affairs in order and comes back to race with a renewed competitive spirit. If not, I at least hope he gets his family situation squared away for the sake of his wife and child.

Man its insane that the ktm was tomacs only option and it ends up his favorite bike of all time. Crazy how much chase hated that bike because he also looked the best he ever had on it too! Sure he didnt have that final 1% of top end speed that he had on the honda, but that was never sustainable, he washed the front 1000 times on the honda. On the ktm he had the most sustainable speed hes ever had on a 450… and it showed, he dominated his outdoors championship. Crazy how good the bike looked for...

I actually thought Chase looked better this weekend 🤷♂️. Start sucked again, but he was basically last to 6th and 5th was ~15 seconds ahead by then.

They may have a decent market share in Europe and the trial bikes may still be doing good in sales for them in the states, as far as the offroad bikes in the states, I would assume they would not bring in anymore inventory and just sell what is left then close the book.
