I am 16 stone and I took the form of my bike yesterday with pressure of 156 inner and156 balance and the fork u could hardly even push down the only pressure what makes kind of soft is 145 inner and 199 balance I just hate the fork lol

Yh that is what I done run on idle and that and as said gave me loads of oil back I've service my bike around 6 times so if something was going to be wrong with the level something would of gone wrong ?
