Does anyone know were I can buy different valves or whatever I need to make them soft thanks

What you have is the TAC forks. If you want them softer, there are a lot of things you can do to them without buying anything but oil. If you start by giving us your weight and air chamber pressures, and describing the behavior you are trying to get rid of, maybe I (or other members) can help you.

I am 16 stone and I took the form of my bike yesterday with pressure of 156 inner and156 balance and the fork u could hardly even push down the only pressure what makes kind of soft is 145 inner and 199 balance I just hate the fork lol

That bike needs a revalve both ends and rear spring for your weight.

145/199 is VERY soft, especially at your weight. FYI stock pressures are 174/174, which should still be too soft for you.

First thing, how they feel in the pits is not relevant, especially with air forks. Can you describe how they feel on the track?

How much race sag and static sag do you have on the rear? How high are the forks in the clamps? are seals and bushings fresh? What's the oil level?

What type of riding do you plan to do with the bike?

I ride on a tracks everyone who gets on my bike say the suspension is horrible and hard
Sag is 105 the forks are 5 mill from top also tried flush with the top can't describe how feels apart from hard don't soak bumps up just like riding something with out suspension don't know what oil is in it as haven't done forks since got it new thanks for ur help

Having the same issue since new? Have you taken the front wheel off? Forks could be binding.

Any suspension place can get you parts,and set up your suspension. It's worth it

You've posted this before, and you've had tons of advice, yet here you are again?

As said 100 times already, you need to get these forks re-valved.

Send them to someone reputable who is close to you.
They will give you your air pressure and clicker settings to suit the re-valve. Once you have done this your forks will be perfect for your ability/style/weight.
Get the shock done as well, balance is key.

145 inner and 199 balance is so wrong its unreal. Not only have you got the bikes weight, but the 54PSI difference pushing your forks down, they will be permanently sunk 1/3rd into the travel which is what is causing all of your handling/stiffness issues.

What u on ur period or something mate I'm looking to get the valves to do it myself I said 145 psi and 199 is the only soft setting u can get that is even with fork off the bike I know u get them revalves at shop I want to do myself I no how to set clickers and rebound just wanted give it a go myself u moody prick

Dude, this is your 5th thread on your suspension now. You've had advice from both Jimmy Albertson and ML512, both of which you have clearly ignored.

Take your shock and fork off the bike, send it to someone who knows what they are doing, get it back and put it in the bike and then ride.
It is literally that simple.

Or do you need to post a 6th thread and waste all our time some more?

But want to give a go myself so want know we're to get bits no point having someone do ur bike all the time is there everyone learns somewhere and I was asking cz the kits and stuff u can get why asked again u nonse

racetech sell all the stuff for the DIY enthusiast. However, its gonna be really expensive once you have bought all the correct tools you need to do the job....and thats assuming it all goes back together nicely in the first place.

Problem is, your inability to answer simple questions with a precise answer suggests you don't have the knowledge to do it yourself. I asked lots of questions to guide you in the right direction and got no pertinent answer yet...

You are better off spending a little extra to have it done professionally.

i have a set of showa sff spring forks if you are interested, they will slide right into your clamps and are 1000x better than those tac forks will ever be!
