I have a rmz 450 2016
Does any one find the rear shock to be well hard
And front suspension crap
I've set my sag to 104
I've tried front pressures 171 0 171
And 156 0 156
Find front suspension to be hard no matter wat setting and rear to be hard
Just wondering if people have this problem

Yes I had the exact same problem. The RMZ450 valving is harsh from the factory, the only real cure is a re-valve. It made a huge difference to the feel of my 15 RMZ450.

Pre re-valve I was running around 165psi inner and balance, I'm now running 185 inner 170 balance as per the recommendations of my tuner (I used RSS) and it feels far plusher now. The issue with the harshness lies with the valving and cannot be cured with pressure changes.

Those forks are garbage, I have a set of 13 sff spring forks I'm selling if you're interested.

The rear shock has horrible valving stock and uses a oring design on the shock piston that created a lot of drag.

Revalve the rear shock from a reputable suspension tuner, and throw those air forks away. Also if you want my sff springs I can spring and valve them for your weight and speed. I work at pro action Canada in Alberta

Skf has a seal replacement kit that really helps the fork along with a revalve.

The shock needs a different piston.
