5/15/2026 10:21am We make a custom aluminum airvox and powderciat it matte black to.match the plastic rear guard. We use a 2 strike airboot and filter and to be able to get that to clear everything properly,we have a custom billet shock body that relocates the shock reservoir out of the way.

Awesome build, I’m currently in the middle of building my CR125 conversion but the last piece to the puzzle would be the airbox/air boot. How are you making yours, are they carbon fiber or handmade aluminum air boxes.

That was some really great racing in moto one Open Pro class. The top 6 guys were really on it. The battle between Demartile and Milesevic was intense. Demartile was riding great, but Milesevic wanted the pass at all costs.. I thought he might even throw it away at times.. he was absolutely pinned. The Beta 350's were doing just fine, but I doubt the engines were anything close to what is offered off the showroom floor. 6/29/2025 12:45pm Thanks!! for what its worth The advatages of efi are mpst effective on 80cc up to about 250..with declining returns Coubterbskancing almost always details a 2 stroke. Try to port or do whatever to a kdx220,it will never out perform a kx125 as example. That doesn't mean it's a bad engine the kdx200 is fantastic for what it's intended for...

I actually just finished this one up and took photos yesterday... if guys are interested... I'd do a seperate post on it with details... It's a CR144.
