4Arm Strong Added a reply to Arm Pump Spray lol

I have to mention, we don't claim the spray reduces arm pump in of itself. That is what has been implied by the author of this post, probably because we sell a device that does reduce arm pump. However if you read our web site we say 4Arm Strong Sport Spray was implemented to assist the already popular 4Arm Strong...

I find it so incredible that people on this thread are so willing to form an opinion without trying the product. I will send the first 25 people that email me their name and shipping address a free bottle of the spray so they can make an informed comment, not just speculate. Lee@4arm-strong.com. Let me add some logic to this...

I have refrained from replying to any of the negative remarks about my product, but this one needs a rebuttal, simply because you are representing yourself as a sports medicine expert. I will try to be civil even though you have started with some unfounded, offensive comments about me and many of the top motocross trainers and riders. Let me...

Quite a bit of validated evidence. I have personally tested numerous people's grip strength increases. All but one increased in my testing (although a few remained the same which still means they had an increase considering every second consecutive test resulted in weakness when not using the 4Arm Strong after the first test. The weakness is attributed to the energy...

Marty and I were riding together up until October when I crashed and tore up my shoulder. I am still recovering from surgery. I can see why you don't feel any different than you did 30 years ago, however you aren't a 25 year old factory rider. I spend a lot of time with these guys and I can tell...

Thank you for your purchase! Make sure you use it right before you head out on the track. Here are few other guys that use it right before they ride!

Today's MX racer trains differently than we did back in the 70s and 80s, but it is all relative. The riders in the 70s and 80s (I was one of them) had to be in the best condition possible for the relevant conditions. We primarily practiced during the week. We rode on shitty, dry, rough tracks for 45 minutes, twice...

Yes, I am encouraged by the grip strength benefit, that is great news! Farmer walks are also a great work out, I just don't want to see you counteract what the 4Arm Strong will do for arm pump.

That is actually a very good test as that is how I invented the 4Arm Strong. As an ART certified therapist I was getting great results using ART. It just mades sense to think I could develop a self therapy device based on creating similar tension and traction ART protocols. That being said, I always want to disclose that 4Arm...

Thanks for the good report! The grip strength benefit is what Aldon really likes. None of his current riders get arm pump so they use the 4Arm Strong for the grip strength benefit. I do want to give you some advice on your training though. The "Farmer Walk" is NOT a good exercise for an MX racer. The Farmer walk...

That's funny. I am not surprised someone will take the time to make their own. My first prototype looked like this. I can tell you by looking at it it won't work. But it was a great effort.

I haven't done any case studies yet. I just have a lot of happy customers, some are the fastest riders on the planet. I also have two very credible spokesman. Aldon Baker and Dr. Robert Duvall who is the senior medial adviser to Titleist Performance Institute. Send me an email when you get a chance. Lee@4arm-strong.com

If it fits, it will definitely work on a calf muscle. You just have to understand the shortening to lengthening concept of the muscles. I know people using it on biceps and triceps as well

I haven't heard of using a bathroom scale before, but it does sound like a logical measurement per side. I used a dynamometer and measured 101lbs before I used the 4Arm Strong for the first time and measured 130lbs instantly. I was able to increase my grip strength to 140lbs in one week and it now hovers between 130 and...
