Are the exercises the same no matter what the sport ? I notice Golf, Tennis and MX videos

is this a continual use product or use until you get the results? what about carpel tunnel any relief or different thing ?

I've worked with my hands all my life. I'm in my 50's and notice some grip strength loss if this thing works you have a much better selling item then a few dirt bike riders.

Yes they are basically the same, however the golf and tennis instructional videos on the web site are for relieving golfer's and tennis elbow pain. Grip strength is increased when you use the 4Arm Strong for arm pump.

4Arm Strong will treat carpal tunnel as well as long as the carpel tunnel pain resonates from the supinator muscle. However, since the 4Arm Strong is a self therapy device for the forearm, you can use it for just about any issue related to the forearm that a tissue therapist could treat with their thumbs.

I agree that there are many markets. We have a golfer's elbow pain commercial running on the Golf Channel as well.

I am intrigued by this thing, can you tell us what some of these guy's can pull on the hand grip strength before and after
approximate not going to pin you down.

I tried measuring my grip strength with a bathroom scale using both hands, 210 lbs I got that a few times and 190-200 a few times So whats that like 95-105 per side ?

I haven't heard of using a bathroom scale before, but it does sound like a logical measurement per side. I used a dynamometer and measured 101lbs before I used the 4Arm Strong for the first time and measured 130lbs instantly. I was able to increase my grip strength to 140lbs in one week and it now hovers between 130 and 140.

I have measured several people. The majority increased their grip strength instantly. A few have remained the same, which is really a gain since measuring grip strength requires energy and a second measurement is typically less; and only one lost grip strength. These tests were only performed the one time, which was the first time they used the 4Arm Strong. It was a before and after test. Everyone I that has reported back to me has testified of an increase in grip strength after using for a period of time.

Matt Goerke and Ricky Johnson both have limited ROM in their wrists as a result of injuries. Both lost a good amount of their grip strength because of this ROM and both increased over 30% after using the 4Arm Strong the first time.

If it fits, it will definitely work on a calf muscle. You just have to understand the shortening to lengthening concept of the muscles. I know people using it on biceps and triceps as well

4Arm Strong works the first use for some people and a a few uses to others. Your hands should feel loose and free the first time. You are correct about weight lifting. There are ways to lift without loading your forearm muscles to keep them from activating too much. The bigger your forearm muscles get, the more likely you will get arm pump riding.

At one time, there was a discount code for Vital members. Does that still exist? I'm a seriously good case study. If it works for me, I'll be your biggest advocate.

Yes, you would be a good test case. I don't offer discount codes any longer. When I had the $50 off code on another thread the retail price was $190. Now it is $159. $190 wasn't a good price however I am shipping them everyday, all over the world at $159 so we found the right price point.
I'm ordering one from you here real soon. I've suffered with extremely bad arm pump almost my entire adult life of racing / riding. No matter how good of shape I get in or how much I ride...it never really goes away. Willing to give this thing a shot for sure.

I've never felt sorry for a bathroom scale before, but now I do.

Maybe the calf, but no where else on the legs. I am working on a leg device. Stay tuned!

Yeah, along those lines ... any plans for an adjustable size design so that it could go from doing arms to doing legs?

I haven't done any case studies yet. I just have a lot of happy customers, some are the fastest riders on the planet. I also have two very credible spokesman. Aldon Baker and Dr. Robert Duvall who is the senior medial adviser to Titleist Performance Institute. Send me an email when you get a chance. Lee@4arm-strong.com

I purchased a 4arm strong last month and I have to say it's the best $ I have ever spent on moto! Those people who do not suffer from any form of arm pump or can train or ride out of it....I totally understand why you would think its a joke. I can only speak for myself, but it has helped a lot. Lee was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to explain the whole design etc

Thanks ;-) But why shouldn't it work? I can see a screw that holds down your muscle/fascia while stretching it. Does the 4armstong ensure the right placement on your arm and does it take different anatomy into account? I mean 160$ is a whole lot of money. Any deeper insight on why only this special device will do the trick?

You can go to www.4arm-strong.com and read all about the 4Arm Strong and watch the training videos. You may get a better understanding there.

It says "4Arm Strong allows anyone to stretch and expand the fascia". That's what my simple device should do too. At least it feels like that. I just want to understand, what make's the 4Arm Strong worth buying. (...and I will if I'm convinced of the function)

All i know is this.....

4arm strong took the time and effort to make and design this product. A product that for someone like me , would be worth it's weight in gold if it works the way i hope it does. I'll gladly pay $160.00 to support a company like this , even if i knew i could make my own . it's a way for me to say " thanks " for making my riding more enjoyable.

You want to make your own , that's your choice. But it's NOT cool to come in here and basically slam a company's product because you cheaped out , stole his design , made one for yourself and then post pics of it.

That kind of bullshit ruins companies by doing the same thing the Chinese do , by having no morals at all and steals everyone elses designs.

Like i said...not cool. And 4arm strength will be getting my money. Just because that's what my morals are telling me.

My 2 cents.

I really don't want to "slam a company's product". And I'm sorry if that's what it looked like. And I also know how hard it is to build a company and develop products. That's what I do for several years now.

You know why I build that device? I wanted to understand what it does and see how it feels before I pay 160 bucks for it. Maybe I shouldn't have posted that picture. But I was hoping to get more detailed information on why this product works. What I see is "Get me 160$ and believe me, it works".

So please let's get this down to a technical discussion, not a moral one.

Im with you bro. You've got every right in the world to question a product like this, especially when they use the slimy celebrity endorsement tactic like this.

Ive never really gotten arm pump but it blows my mind how people just fork out huge amounts of cash for this sort of thing.

Products with Aldon Bakers name on it wont be getting a penny of mine.
