I have a 2024 hybrid. Lowered it 2" in front and 3" in rear and installed wheels off of a Ford Focus RS. They are the same bolt pattern and offset. Get high 30's for MPG and get about 25mpg when I am towing my 5'x8' enclosed trailer. I have 17k miles and has been trouble free other than some random connectivity issues with the Apple Play. But that Slate truck will be my next vehicle if it comes in under $30k (before incentives). If it is available for under $25k out the door sign me up.

Picked up a 24 maverick hybrid lariat a couple weeks ago

36,550 and change on my Maverick, 27.6 avg, my Ram 3500 sits and is for sale. Still loving the Maverick

To the point of this thread, anyone wanting a modern mini truck, the Maverick is the way to go. I’ve put 18,xxx flawless miles on mine since September 2023. It’s fully a loaded EcoBoost Lariat (sans a sunroof) and it was about $35k OTD in NJ. I lowered it and put Ford Edge ST wheels on it with 265 tires because I can’t leave well enough alone. Despite the massively increased tread width, I still average about 27 mpg. It’s fun to drive, efficient, and easily hauls my dirt bike and gear… what else can a moto guy ask for...

I know a couple people that have had TBI/brain surgery and they just aren’t quite the same person afterwords in just their attitude or day-to-day activities, even if everything is cleared as 100% recovery. After everything Austin has gone through, I find it really hard to believe none of that couldn’t have possibly affected everything it takes to be an elite racer. Glad he’s still around to live his life but I personally feel like it’s unfair to hold him to his own previous standards at this point. A lot of people will say you need to re-wire your brain...

I agree, Will brings nothing to the broadcast. Every time the focus is thrown to her it's always the same. Some long story barely relevant to the situation that starts with "I talked to"

Haley is core and if you have a problem with her we will fight. She does ride and race herself and was posting pictures from the Red Bud grass track race.

Yep listen to the interview, she loves the sport and sought it out, races etc, not just passing through as part of broadcasting career.

Been a fan since she was working for Snocross. Seems down to earth and does her research / is a fan herself.

I met Haley about 10 years ago when I was announcing for a race in Duquoin and she was working for a live streaming company. She is the real deal, genuinely nice person, knows her stuff about the racers, has been a rider for years and knows when to let the subject do the talking. Super happy to see her get on RDL and look forward to seeing her more.
