PR2 built these engines for Team Blackfoot and Jean Sebastian Roy. However, the PC engine is probably the best value in terms of performance gain per dollar spent.

Same story here. Pro X offers 66.34, 66.35, 66.36 and 66.37mm pistons for the 02 CR250. Pro X part number 01.1323.A is their 66.34 piston and should work for you, but these have coated skirts. The newer 05-07 pistons from Pro X are not coated but they ... more »

You're right- Honda piston sizing is a little different than the others. A is bigger, B is smaller. The Honda shop manual lists the allowable limits. Pro X offers 53.94, 53.95, 53.96 and 53.97mm for the 93 CR125. Is their 53.94mm piston still too big? ... more »

Epoxy Coat here too about 11 years ago. Durability has been very good. Numerous items dropped on the floor with good chip resistance. Yellowing has been an issue.

A Piston OD: 66.340 - 66.348 mm (2.6118 - 2.6121 in) B Piston OD: 66.333 - 66.340 mm (2.6115 - 2.6118 in) The A pistons are larger than the B pistons per Honda's sizing system.

Watts does very nice work and has factory team experience, but one member here had to resort to calling the police in order to get his parts returned from Watts after a lengthy delay. Similar to a Varner type horror story. Plus, Watts was expensive. ... more »

Pro Circuit modifies both the stock cylinder and the stock head as part of their porting package. As you mentioned, they offer a choice of race fuel, or pump gas setup. No other options are available. You would most likely need to purchase a Honda head ... more »

Agree- do not machine the cylinder base. Pro Circuit has pretty good porting and head specs and they do not mill the cylinder base, and they do not use any epoxy in the transfers or boost port.
