You're right- Honda piston sizing is a little different than the others. A is bigger, B is smaller. The Honda shop manual lists the allowable limits. Pro X offers 53.94, 53.95, 53.96 and 53.97mm for the 93 CR125. Is their 53.94mm piston still too big? ... more »

Epoxy Coat here too about 11 years ago. Durability has been very good. Numerous items dropped on the floor with good chip resistance. Yellowing has been an issue.
A Piston OD: 66.340 - 66.348 mm (2.6118 - 2.6121 in) B Piston OD: 66.333 - 66.340 mm (2.6115 - 2.6118 in) The A pistons are larger than the B pistons per Honda's sizing system.

Agree- do not machine the cylinder base. Pro Circuit has pretty good porting and head specs and they do not mill the cylinder base, and they do not use any epoxy in the transfers or boost port.
