it may sound silly but if you make a desent sized figure 8(big enough to get into second gear) and constintly practice on it, it will help your speed through corners, gett you comfortable with shifting more offten, and just give you alot more experince then just riding a big open area with all straights.

GET A 85! so much cheaper and way faster

your bound to get a nice amount for the bike and parts then! i also keep great maintenence on my bike. however i am selling it soon. im looking at a ktm 150. perhaps ill read up about the rmz 250's.

awsome how you have all the parts! and im looking at the crf450s. so ive been reading about them alot. how was yours? im not to big a fan of four stroke persanally but i also dont know much about them. im coming off a cr85 all tricked out, its just a little slower than a 125.

get a 125 then. there sick. plus cheap to rebuild!(compared to 250f's)

ive heard the new pipe as well but not much else. have you ever taken a look at the crf450? the motor is exellent.

deffinatly dont get the kx100. because when you get used to it and want more power you cant bore it very far because its the kx 85 motor just bored out a little more. but with the 125 you will never get bored with the power and you can bore it out to 150cc with plenty wall left.

yz 250 would be perfect for you. just dont underestamate the power when you first ride it. the powerband might throw you off if you arnt easy on it in the begining

im 5'4 and 105lbs and i think and 85 would be a great bike to learn on!

well 250 two strokes will obviously beat the 250f's and have way more bottom end, but they will also be a lighter alternitive to the 450. plus its alot cheaper to rebuild. they may not be a little slower than 450s but if ur a good rider, it wont matter in the long run and youll save alot of cash.
