James goes for it. When you put your heart out on the track sometimes it back fires.
Hughes used to have the same problem, as did Ezra.

Here's the thing though, would you really rather see a guy who rides around out there not trying. Backing out the whoops because he's too scared to blitz them, or not going for some tricky rhythm section. I'm not even a JS fan but even I have to tip my hat to his testicles. How can you not admire a rider who gives it everything - across every ft of the track?

James came in with a TON of pressure after being off an entire year. He also underestimated 4 other guys and the level of speed it now takes to win. He also needs to remove the rebar in his forks and replace them with 49kg springs.
So did Reed, RV, and RD.

Stewart is trying to work out a lot of things ie growing up. Once he matures a little and learns from his mistakes, he will be unbeatable.

Yes, but he was 16 when he started and a young 16 at that. He has been blessed with a lot of natural talent and maybe things came a little too easily for him, where others had to work at it. With this experience comes maturity.

25 is not old either, even in motocross!!

I have no idea what he was thinking the last half of the season. He was doing what he needed to do until the East Coast swing.

You got one on me, then Bob. Wink

No NorCal flame war, folks. Bob can pretty well handle the same measure of shit he dishes out.

You folks are harsh!! like Rebar for springs Harsh. The only guy that has not made massive points costing mistakes this year is Dungey. If not for a derailed chain, Vegas would be a different battle with Dungey out front by 10+ points. I agree that JS7 has made more of his fair share of mistakes this year but to say he lacks the drive or focus is just plain nuts. I believe what he has lost is the "dominance" factor, RV, Dungey, Canard and Reed all believe that they can beat him and they have. Whether he ever gets it together for a full season again is what makes it exciting to watch and bench race over. I for one would never bet against him on any given night. Give me a four race average.... We can talk about it.

Saying someone fucked someone without facts is just saying you like one guy more than the other. It doesn't say a thing about what happened.

Seems like Stewart won as many with him as without, and never, ever at the same rate as he did before he hooked up with Larry.

If Larry invested himself in an operation without defined rights to buy in or prevent someone else from buying in with enough control to bar him from active participation, I don't think I need to worry about the lawyering end of things.

Hope to see him get it resolved fairly and get another team together.
