pig turd as in new style yamaha.

i base my opinion on my 10+ years of local pro racing and riding, also off of riding a couple close friends '10 and '11 yzf 450.

but if it means seeing pourcel riding this summer, then i don't care what he's riding as his style will make it look like the best bike out there.

I'm sure the bike is fine, its just that front fender. If they changed that the bikes would be golden. Same for KTM

Today was a considerably shorter day (11:00–1:30) than yesterday (9:00–6:00). He's finished testing already, and looked really good during the final moto.

I can't even imagine how awesome it would be to have all the resources available to perfectly dial in a bike like these guys do. My bike right now feels good and comfy to me, but I'm sure I would be blown away at how good it could actually be after having real tech guys work with me for a day on it.

Looks like he will be on a good bike regardless of where he ends up.......as a fan, I'm smiling because CP377 will be racing this summer. I think the Honda would be the best fit since he is coming off a 250F and how well Metcalf did on that bike last year.

According to Gibbys homepage stuff he seemed to enjoy the YZF better than the Honda? At least he moaned about the hydraulic clutch on the CRF and some former PC guys now works with Valli. Pretty funny he responded to the question what will you try tomorrow with: maybe I'm already done testing! Smile

Maybe wrong, but I would totally ask Payton here which team I would go for since not only does he build the crap he will be using, he also know all people involved and knows enough how this is supposed to be done...

Damn, this is good entertainment. I'm hovering this crap like an obsessed...

If James sticks to his word and only races a handful then Pourcel would have to be Yamaha's best shot at winning the championship. I'm sure they wouldn't mind giving Valli some extra support since they have no formal factory team. Plus with PC being involved with Valli I'm sure they could put together a mean YZ450 a lot better than what you and your buddies ride around on in the boonies.

Yeah, good vid. Does he look diff than he did on his Kwacker? Dunno, seems he have a diff style... Probably my imagination, but seems to be riding much forward as in body english in this vid than I use to see him on his kx250f...

Guys

This is called, going through the motions. He will end up with who ever agrees to write him the biggest check. He's good enough that (as far as outdoors) that the bike will not make him, or break him.
