History shows that Stewart has a championship, Villopoto doesn't.

History shows that Stewart is 3rd all-time in wins, Villopoto isn't.

History shows that Lites and 450 championships combined, Stewart has Villopoto beat by a long shot.

That's what history shows.
History also shows that Stewart has a perfect motocross season, and Villopoto has yet to finish one.

You must study them alot to know how a Stewart fan would "fight" huh?

I'm pretty sure I know who I'm a fan of. Just because I'm defending Stewart against all these stupid posts people make about him doesn't mean that I'm a fan.

TC is my rider, sure, I like JS, but I like RV, and RD too.

You're drunk aren't you.

History shows that Stewart has 2 supercross championships and that he will finish his 7th supercross season this year...we hope.

History shows that Villopto has more MX lites championships than Stewart.

History shows that Villopoto had 1 supercross lites championship and 3 National MX lites championships, for a total of 4 championships in the lites/250f class. Stewart had 2 supercross lites championships, and 2 National MX lites championships, for a total of 4 championships in the lites/250f class.

History shows that Stewart won his first supercross championship in his 3rd year, and that Ryan Villopoto is the favorite to win his first this year, his third.

History also shows that Stewart crossed the white stripe at the end of the start straight first corner in about 10th, not last.

But don't let the facts get in the way of your FanBoy rant--please continue.
I'm not going to sit here and argue. History shows that JS is clearly a more dominant rider.

On top of all that, Stewart has a perfect motocross season, on a 450. RV has YET to finish one.

"About 10th." Why are you even speaking if you don't even know what position he crossed it in? I didn't say he crossed it in last, if you'd read my last post, it will show you that I said he was in LAST on the START STRAIGHT, and passed riders in the FIRST CORNER.

No studying necessary, you haven't been around here long enough to figure it out yet, you just can't get away from them.

Got to give Stewart credit for that perfect season, especially since it was his one and only championship in the 450 class outdoors in 4 years, and he hasn't ridden one since.

OOOoooohhhh, so your "he went from last to 2nd" statement like a rash across Vital was just a figure of speech I take it? Got it, sorry, should have known.

No, he DID go from last to second...

He was in last at one point, and in second at the end. Therefore, he technically DID go from LAST to SECOND...

They were all tied as the gate began to fall, but wait didn't James get to staging last?

So who actually has come from dead last to 1st?

Hannah?
RJ?
Jeff Ward?
Bradshaw?

Define "dead last".

Dead last 2 feet out of the gate ( by a matter of inches )?

Dead last going into the first turn?

Dead last on lap 5?

And that's just the position. You could be "dead last" by 1 second or 5 minutes.

I declare this topic "dead" ... and Ralphie probably should have simply said JS came back after a poor / bad start.

I was watching Trey on the start...stewart got the jump on him and looked to have missed a gear and trey repassed him
going into the first turn.Trey was shown on the screen to be in 4th(both taking the inside line) and stewart was right behind him.Last place was something Ralph came up with to make stewart bigger than he really is.

you know why I think there are so many Bubba haters ? It's not Bubba who winds them up, it's the Bubba cocksuckers who have no comprehension of reality. The guy has holeshot more races than he has won this year, in Indy he didn't holeshot but was 5th at turn two, 4th on lap two and still there, going nowhere, until Dungey clipped Reed's rear wheel and went down. RV killed em all last night but some dumb ape on here still claims he has never beaten JS7 straight up; the hate Bubba sadly gets from some quarters is a direct result of that. Wanna know what Bubba thought (from supercrossonline.com)

“I had a rough weekend last week and wasn’t able to ride the way I wanted to,” said Stewart. “I let my team down today. It’s not over. I’m so motivated right now and I have a bunch of guys behind me.”

Doesn't sound like Bubba himself felt he was exactly Mohammed Ali this week !

I think a lot of people here, me included, think Stewart is the fastest rider. But he can't seem to ride at that speed without making a shit ton of mistakes, so that kind of cancels out the whole "speed" thing a great deal yes?

At least that's what the points and history say, but whatever.
Speaking of that does it not seem that Stewarts MAIN advantage is outdoors. He seems to have this ability to hang it out really far that does not translate as well indoors as it does outdoors. Indoors it seems to get him into trouble but outdoors.......well he does get in trouble but he seems to have a bigger advantage. I probably shouldn't ask as it may be moot but it chaps my hide (what ever that means) that his advantage is missed for the most part. I could be totally wrong but that is what Im thinkin.

Dead last seems pretty obvious, of course dead last doesn't mean 2 feet out of the gate, or into the first turn. I would count getting caught in the gate or tipping over in the first turn though. I doubt anyone has done it from dead last at lap 5 unless they were sandbagging at Loretta Lynn's.

I was there - sat adjacent to the first turn. Stewart was about 9th over the holeshot line. If Ralphie said that Stewart was last at some point - that is the untruth....???????????? What gives with that fellow?

Will there be some sort of brown-nose award at the Banquet, and Ralphie is going for the hole-shot??????? (pardon the pun).

Synonyms: apple polish, brown-nose, fall all over, fawn, gush, kiss feet, praise, worship, suck up, babble, blather, carry on about, chatter, effervesce, effuse, enthuse, fall all over, go on about, jabber, make a to-do over, overstate, prate, prattle, rave.

Antonyms: be quiet

It would have been an impressive statement if he had been dead last after the first lap and made it to 2nd by lap 20. Dead last going into the 1st corner means you are about 0.25 seconds behind 1st place. How long does it take Stewart to make up 0.25 seconds?

Touche. Smile I guess on the flip side in addition to saying he went from last to 2nd you could say he lost 6.3 seconds to RV from that point which means RV averaged .32 seconds per lap faster than Stewart. Now THAT is impressive.

He is last going into the first corner, hugs the inside and is about 10th at the stripe. There is endless attention on James which is good for him, but what about RV that dude rode an amazing race also.

Outdoors he has 35min if he gets a bad start. Any mistakes in a 15min sprint SX races and he's pretty much done. NOONE will touch him if he does the Nats
