I'd expect Nestaan Husky or euro KTM may cooperate, at least with some FIM fuel/ exhaust spec settings. Good results would be beneficial for the Austrian factory, despite the superficial Redbull- Monster conflict.

curious if webb will be on the new frame for SX like the KTM group. The 27.5 KTM is going to be the new frame so husky would have to launch a new frame as well? or are they like grandfathered in? wondering if he could actually be on a KTM & just dress it up like a husky in order to run the new frame. not sure. but been wondering.

great question. thinking Husky would also have to have a 28 FE available in December, just like KTM, for him to line up at A1 with the new frame?

Well... I guess that’s it, HAHA. A couple of hours later, the press release was out. But back to the topic:

Andrea Adamo was the only one in MXGP riding the new frame. I assume Coop will be on the old frame for this weekend, since they have a lot of knowledge and experience with that "older" generation frame. But for 2027 I assume he will also be on the factory edition frame.

But he might get to choose which one he likes more, I assume.. Since Hill also rode the older gen (previous to the current gen) bikes in 2023.

There were a few photos circulating on social media where you could see the 2028 Husky prototype — it also features all the updates, but, as always, with a slightly different look on the plastic side of things. Smile

Awesome!  Can’t wait to hear the scoop on where the bike was sourced from.  Is it just a new bike with some factory bits on it?  A GP KTM borrowed  and built as a Husky?

Nice! Glad they put the stars in the correct orientation unlike the Honda set that Chance was going to use. Grinning

The Blue Union (the stars) is meant to always be facing forward to mimic how a flag would fly if mounted on a pole and carried into battle; the union always leads the way! That's why you'll see reversed patches on uniforms or painted on planes and such. “Lead the charge with the stars.”

Webb on the same scooter as Prado and Coenen next season is interesting.

If you ever had the pleasure of representing our flag it hits different. Coop gets it. Always charge forward.

Happy to find I’m not the only one bothered by this. I’m not an overly patriotic guy. But things that are supposed to be a certain way should be a certain way.

I’m sure the designer just wanted it to mesh with the new Honda color scheme, which would have been the wrong orientation on both sides.
