Wondering if anyone has used the Luxon linkage knuckle on a 23+ sxf, preferably a 25 and what they thought?
I have a 25 350sxf and I'm reasonably happy with rear end but would like a little better bottoming resistance on the big hits. I could definitely get a revalve but the luxon knuckle sounds like it could achieve what I'm after.
I installed the Luxon knuckle on my 2024 350sx-f and it definitely smoothed out the harshness of acceleration chop. That was my biggest complaint with the 2024 chassis - when I would ride my 2024 kx450 back-to-back with the 350, the KX was much more comfortable on hard edged acceleration chop. The Luxon knuckle significantly improved that area on the 350sx-f. I had to adjust clickers slightly (backed out LSC and HSC to compensate for some kicking going into corners), but otherwise I did not have to change the rear spring rate. I also have a 2024.5 Husqvarna FC450 Rockstar with the new frame, and the acceleration chop on that bike is not nearly as bad as the previous frame, IMO. However, I just installed a Ride Engineering full linkage on that bike just to find a bit more comfort, but have yet to try it.
Edit: I can't comment on improved bottoming resistance, as I did not have an issue with that specifically; but I can say that the Luxon knuckle does a fine job resisting bottoming out.
I realize you are asking about the Luxon but just put an REP on my 25 Husky. Very happy with it as it keeps the rear from any unwanted sudden kicking to the side when hitting a single square edge at speed. That was my person issue.
I have the Luxon knuckle and the Luxon adjustable link arm for a 2025 if you're interested in buying them. Both pristine.
I know this is a Luxon thread but I second the REP link. I installed it after damn near giving up on the +23 chassis. The best bang for my buck on my '23 KTM 450, hands down.

Do you have the shorter Husky forks?
No, its actually the FE450, has standard length forks and shock
If I wasn't in Oz I'd definitely be interested. Are you selling because you didn't like it or just no longer have the bike?
Have too much stuff to do and didn't have the time to dedicate to do the testing and dialing in.
I had the REP system on my 25 350 and liked it but didn't like how it raised the rear , I had my shock lowered . I have now since ordered the luxon knuckle but haven't received it yet so we'll see .
Would love to hear what you think once you get to try it.
I am considering the Luxon knuckle with the link on my ‘24 350 to retain the lower Husky height.
I have the Luxon knuckle and link on my 23 350SXF. It’s been a while since I installed it so I’m fuzzy on the A to B comparison but I do remember it making the rear feel more stable accelerating out of corners and it helped with bottoming resistance. I backed off my high speed compression about 1/4 turn when I installed it.
Anybody have an update on this? I've wanted to throw an REP complete linkage on my 23/24 FC350s for a while now but never have because I want to retain the stock lower ride height. Same with Pro Circuit and Ride Engineering from what I've gathered. Has anybody found any other options or is the Luxon bell crank with their adjustable pull rod in the 2mm longer setting the move?
Yes, I have the Luxon with the adjustable link, set to Husky height. It is better on accel for sure. No complaints at all from me. In fact, the last couple ride days have included very rough, rutted, and then dry, fast and choppier conditions and I am really happy with my bike. Finally at a point where I cannot justify any changes.
I’ve only seen one thing come out of Luxon:
Excellence
When it comes to things like chassis set-up and suspension pieces, just try it and if for some reason you don’t “feel it”? You can always sell it.
To add to what I typed above, here is how I changed my suspension. All with 48 rear spring, weight 185. Changes evolved over time but have not changed recently.
