How good was watching Jed Beaton today in 4th Moto 2 and was 5th overall for a while. Loaner from Yam USA with his CDR suspension.

Also Brodie Connolly running 3rd for a while too.

We had Davies leading and Connolly 3rd for a while.

Always good to see non-Americans do well over there. Just goes to show how good the rest of the world is.

Alex Larwood, new Australian mx2 champ, also scored a top 10 finish too. New track and bike and minimal preparation time but still a solid result.

Minear had a pretty lackluster weekend but he should be contender in the coming years. Good times for Anzacs on the big stage

Don’t blame them for coming over there’s no competition here in the states and the pay is good.

There always been a sprinkling of blazing fast Aussies down the years  - my Gen I’m especially thinking Leisk & Dacca - it seems now they’re turning out more & more extremely talented boys.

My sister’s an  Australian now so I’m claiming some kind of connection at this point ;-)

Courtney Duncan is back to almost full health and speed and the Townley brothers are coming up fast, we have an AusX round and the WSX finale this year is in New Zealand, great time to be a fan from N ZED

Until Haiden Deegan gets his bike dialed! Aussies can't be that hard to beat; they lost a war to a mob of emus.

higher odds of another Emu war starting up, than Deegan winning a race.

Hey emus are a formidable opponent! And you guys haven’t won a war since using an atomic bomb 70 years ago,,so stop starting them.

That bomb saved thousands of Aussie lives, ended the pacific theatre right there. Aussies were going to be part of the ground invasion in 46.

Deegan would have won by a landslide if one of the spectators didn't throw a rock into his clutch while was walking away from the field.
Anyone see Herlich at the race?

There was never going to be a ground invasion, the atomic bombs were used to force surrender to the US instead of the Soviets (along with the US setting more favourable conditions than the Soviets)

My favorite New Zealander is Neil The Seal.

Ever get the feeling Davies is Townley without the mistakes that made you say "Daaaaaamn he was sooo close" back in 06?  It's an almost satisfying feeling to watch Davies succeed after wishing Townley would in the US.

Webster, Beaton, Larwood, Connolly (pre 2026), Byron Dennis (EMX250) all showing just how good Aussie's/Kiwi are - all train or trained with Ross Beaton.  There's something in the water in Victoria.
