Oh boy !
Took the day to take her down, grease everything and check all fluids. I added a stiffer shock spring I got from Craig Decker at Enzo Racing. Added a few goodies and graphics. I think it turned out great. I will be taking her to Cycle Ranch in San Antonio to shake her down next week. Be safe out there.

My 25 came with a 46 rear sprocket…..weird because my 23 came with a 49 rear…I ended up with a 50 rear to utilize 3rd gear more…..a reflash of ECU can give you way more top end overrev and still run 93 octane…I love these new 300SX”s…on my 2nd one…already has 70hrs on it…
Thank you for the information.
well at least you eased back into it with a MONSTER of a bike lol.....the thing is sick congrats
Be careful! I'm the same age as you and wadded up a couple weeks ago. We don't heal like we used to.
I wish I could remember 57! Still moto at least once a week. Fun bike. Keep enjoying.
She’s a beauty.
Take your time getting back into the groove 10 years is a bit.
I kind wish they would do a 200SX instead of a 150. The might sell about the same.
Hell yes dude! Ride the shit out of that thing! Enjoy, from one 57 y/o to another.
Yep, Fiddy Seven is the proper age. Just turned it back in May.

I bought a new 2025 KTM 300SX in March of this year - $7,200 OTD. I wasn't really in the market for a new bike, but the price was right. Over the last few years, I've been riding my Stark Varg and KX450. I'm more of a 2-stroke kind of guy, so I thought the KTM might be the answer. Let me say this up front: the Stark and the 450 don't punish lazy riding. They're so easy to ride, I feel like my skills have diminished as a result. The 300 demands respect. I can go faster on the Stark or the 450, but they're not as much fun as the KTM. I attribute my lack of speed on the KTM to rusty 2-stroke skills and not being a terribly talented rider in the first place.
This is why when first released, the 300SX was highly anticipated….then all the guys that thought they wanted/ needed a 300SX soon put them up for sale….too hard to ride…hit is too hard………Which, it did have a hard midrange hit…..then signed off early…A remap fixes this….it will interesting to see how the KX327 runs….will it have a monster hit? Or have they learned from KtM”s initial offering….I mean it’s a big bore 2T, you kinda of want some bark…
You mean We don't bounce like we used too 😂
