They said on the broadcast she was awake and alert and being transported to local trauma center.
I heard that too. I hope she’s just banged up and not badly injured. We were most excited about her debut than the other races today. Praying she’s alright
I hope Mayla heals up and we see her again. Congratulations to her, turning 17 yrs old, having your Pro race debut, pulling that holeshot and GONE! The other women were probably like wtf? and La La Turner was like Oh Shit?
So I glad she is ok. It looked bad, so, hope we see her soon and it looks like she could be a major player in WMX

On a serious note and not be sexist or discriminatory in any way, but women are physically different in many ways, some are obvious and some are not. When dealing with certain types of injuries there must be a different protocol for a woman than a man and doctors would treat differently for bone structure, muscles and ligaments etc.
Glad to hear she's OK (mostly), but I'm curious why she's racing Loretta's? She smoked the best ladies in the world on Friday in her first pro race, if that doesn't tell you she's ready to go pro full time, I don't know what does.

she qualified in WMX & also in schoolboy 2 to race the boys. Go win wmx get some exposure & build the confidence then go see how she can do against the factory amateurs in schoolboy 2

Talk about the high & lows of Mx…..hope she is ok….
That was sad to see, from the ultimate high to that within 2 days....what a cruel sport this is!

It looked like she was holding / favouring her femur
I tend to hear "awake and alert" and think back, hip, or severe leg injury. I hope I'm wrong
This sport is brutal
Just saw this post on her instagram. Seems very hopeful 🙏🏽
That's great news!
Wow that's relieving. Seeing her on the backboard getting carted off was rough.
Good news from the update. Had me worried how long she was down for. Hope she can come back and rip with the other girls!
I agree, that was very sad to see. Especially as a father of a girl who rides.

For sure!
REALLY nice to hear she's "okay"!
AKA TBI. Hopefully she takes the appropriate time to heal.
Outstandable news!!!!
Is there a reason your saying TBI?
Any videos of crash ?
Huge sigh of relief that she’s ok!
Pit Row
Man, that's good news.
Been wondering all weekend how she was.
Pretty significant concussion does not sound very good

All those thumbs down and you nailed it.
No phone because in a dark room no screens due to a significant concussion.
