Ken Roczen's style is ridiculous! I knew coming into Oakland SX that I wanted to get a photo of Roczen whipping, scrubbing, etc. I could care less if I took any other photos of anyone else, as long I took a photo of Roczen throwing down. Here he is in the first un-timed practice over the triple after the sand turn...

I know that he is fast now, but when he get his timing down, gets stronger, and improves on the little things he will walk away from the field. That is just MHO. It probably won't happen until next year, but he will get there.

One percent agree. The kid is a baby for christ sakes. And as fast as he is, it makes me curious to see how fast MM will be in the Nationals. But Ken is the next big thing in moto AND supercross. JMO

Canard got a sniff....but then all he saw was a rear tire pulling away. Pure raw speed , outdoors , right now , I don't see anyone running Roczens' pace.

That third moto ( think it was the 3rd?) in the MXoN race , where he caught and passed Townley......incredible! And Townley was giving Dungey a race to keep him honest.

What was Townley's little saying after that race? " Who is that fast little German fucker?".....his words , not mine.

Roczen kinda like Barcia of last year. Awesome and fearless. We couldn't take our eyes off him. Hey!!! Ever see Canard's mocking goon ride? Now you know how #800 looked on Sat night. Dad needs to show up quick, cus Rog has his head buried in his hands.

Something about me thinks Eli was riding on a legitimate supercross track long before Ken ever did. I could be wrong though.

Canard woke up that Sunday morning with about as much luck on his side as Musquin. I expect he would have kept Roczen honest had he not got caught up those two crashes.

Roczen is stylish and fast as hell, but he's not unbeatable outdoors and far from the finished article. Everyone expects him to walk the World MX2 Championship this year but it wont be easy for him.

I am not Hatin. He came to the US as one of the fastest Euros with the expectation that he would be on the podium and that hasn't happened, no hate, just facts.

I just noted that Eli passed him. No joke there cause that's what happened. He also has been a crasher (thus wreckin Roczen) up until the last race.

I have no doubt he has a lot of talent and is fast and that he will be able to put a race together at some point but it just hasn't happened yet. It would be good to see if he is competitive with our lites riders in outdoors. But it won't happen and as everyone said, one MXDN doesn't mean a lot for an individual rider.
