I’m not sure how accurate that is to say that Iran has a substantial arsenal, because they haven’t launched much over the last 6 weeks including drone attacks. As far as outlasting the blockade……. we shall see.
A good horse doesn’t jump higher than it has to. There is no reason for them to launch rockets all day. They only do what is necessary to keep the world in a chokehold.
Trump promised many weeks ago that the war would end quickly. Since then, he has been announcing major progress and an imminent end almost daily. But nothing changed. Its all lies. Just like his grand ballroom project, which of course is ultimately to be paid for by taxpayers.

If its over, than we are worse off than before. Iran has a major part of what gets through the straight, they still have the totally decimated Uranium . the risks of Iran funded terrorism is still very high, They are more pissed off at the US than ever. Prices of everything are higher and still rising here.

I sure hope that its NOT over and that this is the new reality as far as oil pricing goes. I sure hope that some sort of agreement is agreed to that can atleast get oil prices back to what they were before. That can bring the majority of troops home.

What do you think Ukraine can do to NOT have to turn over land to Russia?
Ukraine offered a freeze on current front lines as part of a peace deal, with occupied territory to be neutral ground with independent peacekeeping troops placed there. Russia said no.
Since then the front line has barely moved, despite them getting zero help from the US since January last year. They’re hitting deep into Russian territory with drone and missile strikes, so much so Russia just held all their military vehicles out of their annual ‘victory day’ celebrations.
Would a ‘win’ for Ukraine not then be something as simple as surviving with every inch they can possibly hold onto? Or would you have them surrender more ground, more of their own people, more of their own natural resources just so you can feel good about a peace deal?
The Ukraine Russia war and the US Iranian war are asymmetric wars, so survival is just a win let alone these countries being able to inflict damage on there aggressors is a win which includes physical damage, public, time and mon among other factors.
They are still screwing with the flow of shipping and oil . That impacts the entire world. I have to think that somebody in the US government still sees other moves they can make, if not why is there any need to negotiate an agreement to end the war? Just tell them this is how it will be. If there is nothing they can do, why is it taking so long to get the flow of oil and shipping back up and running?
I guess the good news is that Trump is waiting to finish with Iran before his next war. I heard he's going to move the Navy ships into the great lakes and Chicago is the next target of his. Heard he saw some intel from a trusted source .
It’s taking so long because the issue isn’t the physical transport of oil, it’s control of the market for oil.
