No I don’t think it will be different, coop will slot right into that 4-8 range. I respect all 40 guys that line up, because I know how insanely fast they all are and how hard this sport is.

It's just my personal opinion/prediction that you will be celebrating the performance of riders behind Webb, while admonishing Webbs performance simultaneously. This why, (just my opinion) that others don't take you seriously.

I doubt it. He’s admitted that he struggles outdoors, at least compared to SX and I think he’s conceded that he basically has no chance at a 450 MX title. And the fact that’s he’s eyeing up a SX only deal tells me his heart just won’t be in it this summer. Honestly I’ll be surprised if he races all 11.

Webb is a great SX rider, no doubt. But MX.. with the current riders outdoors a top 5 finish would be a miracle. He'll be 7-12 most weekends like last year. I'm actually kinda surprised he rides outdoors, I somehow thought he was already SX only this year, thought I read it somehwere earlier this year, guess I was looking wrong. I wouldn't blame him, that's for sure.

I disagree. I have no insider knowledge but I would imagine he’s all but signed with Star for SX only next year. He won a title for them less than a year ago, they’d be foolish to let him go.
I could see that. There’s not too many other places he could go without a pay cut (or retire). Star will have one more year until Cole Davies moves up, which means Justin Cooper could be looking for another team, if they keep Webb.
I almost appreciate Herr Lich’s commitment to hating Webb. I like the passion.

Those next 3 wins are going to be very hard with Hunter/Kenny/Jett/Eli/Deegan next year.
Last year, Eli, Jett, Hunter, Kenny exited at some point so it was Webb and Sexton. Sexton shoulda/coulda won, was fastest, but hitting gates, rear wheels, other weird stuff gave Webb the edge.
Webb would be this years champ, except Hunter and Kenny who didn't finish last year. You have to be innit to winnit, but doesn't mean you can't acknowledge who is just flat out better this year.
For real. I'm far from a Webb fan but he really ruffled everyone's feathers because he didn't stop to fist bump Kenny. Who cares? Kenny has the red plate. He doesn't need a attaboy from his rival. Everyone loves the attitude of guys like Hannah and RJ. Hannah would have flipped Roczen the bird after the race
I'm on a forum discussing a public figure and giving reasons for my dislike of him. I'm not slamming another forum member based on one of their supposed attributes, without engaging with the opinions being discussed in the post. There's a difference.
Um, okay. I'll be admonishing Webb's performance, as you say, relative to Webb's position in the sport. I'm not going to slam Freddie Noren for placing behind Webb in an outdoor national, for example. At any rate if you could remove your bias for just a microsecond you could see that my criticisms of Cooper Webb are valid and based on fact. BTW if Webb shows up to outdoors (and that's a big if) and gets a top five (he won't) I'll happily give him props.
I have always admired CW's determination and competitiveness. Its my impression when he was young and hungry he did well in 250MX outdoors obviously. That never did translate into 450 MX. I think SX levels the field a bit as far as fitness. Maybe he was happy making a good living putting most of his effort into SX after he moved to the big time. No probs with that.
I still say the greatest riders have to kick ass in 450 SX and MX. I believe outdoors is tops. JMO.
Larocco, keidroski, Henry, all have outdoor titles, but I believe Webbs 3 SX titles keep him in a more legendary category over those guys. Or for instance, I’d rather have Webbs career with 3 SX titles, 2 regional titles, and a 250 outdoor title over Kenny’s 2 450 outdoor titles, regional, and mx2 world title. The world title is cool tho.
