I used to use meditation tapes (not RAW) when I woke up on raceday, and they worked wonders. It would get my mind in a calm, focused state. I would spend the whole morning picturing myself getting the holeshot, and often it would work! What it does is program your mind for that outcome, so when it comes to split-second decisions on the track you react with confidence instead of stiffening up, losing focus and crashing (if you're picturing a crash in your mind or getting hurt, that will be a more likely outcome).
