Anyone know the rational to prepping the track before LCQ? I would think you would just run the LCQs following the heats and then prep the track for mains, but what do i know?

He doesn't sound too confident with his recovery too be honest. I hope he even makes it on the bike next month. I remember Herlings having a similar injury and it took him months to even get to normal training, over a year to get to his old speed again. Said he had to give up running pretty much.

Would be a bummer if Jett would miss the first rounds of outdoors aswell.
