Man those things look heavy. And not a deer in sight!

Cheers,

Simon

Been getting lots of old GP videos on YouTube lately, almost all in French or other language.

So awesome. Love that old footage. For most of us that are 50-70 years old. We have seen moto change so much over the years. Bikes, suspension, engines, riding style, gear, you name it. It doesn't even look like the same sport. But we watched the change in real time, so its kind of hard to notice, until you watch something like this video.

Think Back to the Future for a second. Can you imagine dropping Jet, or Eli, Chase into that race on current bikes? It would absolutely blow those people's minds. Going from 3" of travel to normal specs. Water cooled, upright riding position, scrubbing. It would be wild for sure.

Don't recall ever seeing a Euro race with so much dust, in Luxembourg!

Spain, Italy, Portugal I could understand.

Great find, FTE!

I wish I had a couple dozen burner accounts that I could use to give this more thumbs up!

Track looked 6-8 feet wide in some parts😳 Great footage and enjoyed the random folks standing around in lab coats. Lol

Back in that day, Martini was a big sponser and always had banners everywhere. What was the Martini company / product? I don't remember.
