I’d say so since more than half the people that were on here calling for him to be banned from the sport are now rooting him on.

Well, to be honest. HD did win. It’s trolls like you who try to get a reaction. Why not block you? It’s just ignorance. The soft one is you.

They act tough but they have a backbone of cotton candy and are softer then melted ice cream.

DangerBOY ??  His tag....

he's 20...  Perhaps 'DangerBro'. 'DangerFlarBill' 'DangerDouche'...  To be fair that penalty is pure bull hit move... But Ezra Lusk (AMA penalty board) is a country Trumper and slept well after penalizing SoCal DangerBro..

Or maybe Danger"Beeber". he reminds me of Justin Beeber

No matter your feelings about Deegan’s personal life, as a professional SX/MX racer , he was strongly wronged in Alabama. He loses a clear cut win for running over a plastic track marker, and riders  who try to block race leaders and directly change the outcome of a race or series are not even given a look see by rule enforcement.  Bizarre.

Twitch had a great name for him in one of the DirtShark edits. Danger Dick.

Not ‘cause I hate the guy but just ‘cause it is funny.

Brian Deegan was a marketing master in his Metal Mulisha days, got give credit where it's due. Playing the bad guy...the villain vs. Travis Pastrana's "All American Good Guy" image paid off greatly. Everybody knows a lot of the bluster and cocky attitude that Haiden has in interviews is manufactured and has been coached by Brian over the years...but it's been successful in creating Haiden's "brand".

I remember a marketing guy say " It does not matter if it is good or bad as long as they are talking about you" Still hold true today. Dude gets more attention than anyone in the sport currently. Maybe Jett can rival him and he is just as confident/arrogant. The great almost always are

The shirts are $38 each (shipping not included). I’m going to guess that he is clearing $15-20 on each shirt. If he sells 3,000 of these it negates his bonus loss. Maybe I’m crazy but I could see him selling even more than that and turning it into more money than his win bonus he had coming.

I didn't like that he had the win taken away, although I think some sort of penalty would've been ok. Maybe keep the win and dock a few pts. That being said, I'm surprised there are ppl that care enough to buy this. Most will have forgotten about it by the time shirt arrives at your door. I know they like to turn anything into a marketing opportunity,  and that's their choice. I just think it's kind of tacky. But I guess there are superfans out there who will buy it. Maybe it's less about the $ and more about trolling the AMA.

Brian needed that though, Haiden doesn’t. He can let his riding do the talking if he wants to

Hey dumbass they are both referring to the same incident. Hence why the story is the exact same. God forbid you bed bugs have any common sense.

I think it’s so funny he is so delicate it scares him to see someone like me just busting balls. When he doesn’t win a single 450 outdoor he’s going to absolutely go crazy. Block ama and feld. Dad’s going to set up a series that all sign a form not to win and Hayden is going to start hanging out with J Law.

I see him selling a lot more. It’s wild the amount of bed bugs that buy up alllll their shit. While Hayden can’t look someone in the eye having a convo.

Why exactly did Brian need that?

In FMX Brians riding did the talking just fine, he and Pastrana were neck and neck in the glory days.

He just had an innate business acumen that allowed him to turn X-Games cash into something far larger, and he brought the whole genre of the sport along for the ride.
