This DV story just popped up in the headlines and it's very fitting for this thread with all the arguments about whether a woman is capable of getting physical or lying in a DV situation. In this recent TMZ headliner the neighbors also called the cops on the couple for fighting, and when the cops showed up this woman told them her man attacked her first. But luckily, the dude had footage which proved otherwise or he would have been going to the slammer instead. For those who've never seen it, here's what it looks like when a woman goes batshit crazy and attacks:

It was obvious from the police body cam who the aggressor was and she admitted throwing the chairs and losing it. If you're looking for an example case of the guy getting arrested when the woman loses her shit, this is not a great example. If anything, it points out that the situation some of you insists happens all the time doesn't really play out that way and that the cops who respond to these things all the time aren't retarded and just looking dudes up on a whim.
I don't think anyone disputes that women can lose it, but I do not believe that women losing it leads to very many guys getting arrested when they didn't also respond in a way that justifies arresting them.
Hopefully, what this would cause, is a moment of realization for some, that you should never treat anyone differently because they have been accused, while complete information is missing. The lanterns and pitchforks mentality should be reserved for things that are absolute.
It's interesting you felt compelled to reply to a perfect example of why you should not be pitchforking Anderson like you've been doing this whole thread, along with many others. What part do you not understand about the fact that Taylor lied and said her man attacked first, and claimed he was drunk when he was dead sober? You are backpedaling trying to defend your stance without understanding the claims Taylor made about her guy being the primary aggressor. You can hear her in the video saying he came at her first when the cops showed up. If this guy had not video'd, he could have been going to the slammer too.
If you are having trouble seeing that women can lie about these situations after watching the perfect example above (and she eventually admitted to lying) then you are just choosing to look the other way. Why would these guys in the podcast below or anyone else talk about having to protect yourself from lying women? Remember the Johnny Depp allegations? It happens all the time man, as does the unfortunate wife beating. Do you think Taylor could have had some marks on her from her guy restraining her in self defense, like grabbing her neck? Of course. The point is, don't pitchfork when you don't know the facts, especially after a corrupt bush pig officer with her own history of DV made the arrest.
Bottom line is if JA is the wife beater you are calling him, it will likely happen again. If and when it does, that's probably a much better time to take out your pitchfork.
