Not sure what she's claiming they did. They did have separate polling places for Dems and Repubs, which is weird, but democrats run Dallas county, so not sure if that's it.
Since we can vote either party during the primaries, so perhaps she thinks they campaigned the Republicans to vote for Talarico instead of their own party, but that's a fools game given how hotly contested that one is.

I’m pro-Cornyn. Paxton has been off the rails at times. We’ll need some form of normalcy once Trump leaves office. Admittedly Paxton is very smart and very shrewd, so it’s not like we’re flipping to blue. Yet.

The trans issue is way overblown imo. Its billionaires paying so we have a conversation instead of coming to our senses and raising there taxes. Almost all of it can be tied back to false conspiracies (litter boxes in schools for example).

She is a sitting congresswoman that ran for a senate seat and lost to another D candidate in the primary.
she can still, and most likely will, win her house seat again when her term runs out since she is from a fairly blue district. Proof of that is that she got elected in the first place.
On a positive note, maybe Texas is not quite as ready to go blue as a lot of liberal hopefuls are chirping.
On the other hand, Trump will most likely figure out a bunch of stuff to mess up and dems will sweep the mid-terms and we will end up going through the entire impeachment crap while he quacks like the lame duck he will be.
We deserve so much better than the options we keep getting.
