FIM Superenduro round 2
Good round for Eddie Karlsson who takes 2 podiums, narrowly missing the overall with 3-3-8 for 4th OA.
Great improvement from his teammate Martyn who goes triple 7 for 7th OA.
Thanks for all you do Beags
FIM Superenduro round 3
Another 4th overall for Eddie, 3rd in Superpole then 3-6-4.
He slips down to 4th in the championship.

🥱🥱 yaaaaaaawwwwwwn 🥱🥱
There were some Vargs racing this weekend.
FIM Superenduro round 4
Eddie Karlsson got 4th with 4-4-7, huge progress for his new teammate Toby Martyn 5th with 2-5-10.
AX UK round 1
Very low key AX UK this year, no international rounds, no international riders, only 3 rounds. Wilson is walking away with it, 1st with 1-1-1, Jack Brunell got 3rd with 9-2-2.
A little glimpse of Stark Superenduro team
Beagle have you picked up one of these for your Varg? Or haven't you spoken with your satchel yet?
50 min with Eddie Karlsson at Romaniacs.
The trees, the climbs, the speed and the terrifying descents.
Gotta be mad to do this and mad skills to get out of it. And that's the silver class, meaning they skip some of the hardest bits. That was his first time there, this year he'll race the gold class.
I check most Stark things, but, I'm yet to find any that gives a background on the 'tune' they are tending to run in ( the different) events.
It would be interesting to see just how high , or low, they run the 'HP' settings at.
I've also seen nothing about the 'firing' pulses / further development of power delivery. they may - well, I'm certain they Are trying / running.
Just give thought - something you may be familiar with if you are a Welder - to the Pulse etc settings you can use. I'm Old, so I'm don't use them much, but, after my Miller External Pulse carked it, and I have some weldments that would be much easier / nicer, I bought a Jattus external unit. It's made some weldments easier, and, easier to be 'pretty' for this old, half blind, ever more shaky, Old Man.
Something like a Pulse was hinted at right from the get go from Stark, though, it's not been provided , yet. I really think it would be a great addition to E Bikes. Though, riding my mates Starks, has shown you can get away without it - but, I'd love to have it - and a Clutch - on an E Bike that I'd pay for.
Yeah they didn't deliver on the adjustable flywheel (nor traction control) if that's what you're referring to.
Regarding settings I'm pretty sure they mention it in one of the Romaniacs vids or Stark files, IIRC Eddie base setting is something along 45-50 hp, using maps with variable regen for climbs/descents.
Could be in there (or buried in Stark replies to comments in one of their vids)
Edit: not Romaniacs but at least I've found that in Superenduro, Toby Martyn uses 50 hp 40% Regen (hinting that Eddie's settings are different).
In SX tour, Irsuti uses 55-58 hp depending on the track.
How are they holding up durability wise, now they've been out a few years? I'm pretty impressed a new-to-moto company came in with a completely different powerplant, seemed to get the handling right first time, and have been mixing it in the toughest sports. Sorry if all this has been covered - just a non-Stark owner getting curious.
Arenacross UK rounds 2 and 3
Deano won the title with a perfect score, winning all 3 mains at the 3 rounds.
Jack Brunell got 2-4-4 for 3rd at round 2.
Round 3 started ok with 4th but then he seriously hurt himself. Anecdotal 6th in the championship, speedy recovery!
FIM Superenduro round 5
Karlsson always in the fight for podium places and his teammate Toby Martyn is still there.
Karlsson 5-2-3 for 3rd OA, Martyn 4-3-4 for 4th OA, very solid team!
Manu Gomez won in the Junior class, Superenduro really is a niche well suited to electrics.
Bolt won everything, as usual, in style
Man, I really wonder why you don't post that 3 episode, ridiculous "Le Touquet challenge" an hour and a half MX2K YT vid to show us how the guy rode half a lap... It's sooooo amazingly good!
🤣
I haven't seen the last vid, did he empty the battery in 20 min?
Pit Row
He crashed and managed to break his hand in about half a lap...
🙄
What an amazing adventure. Tout ça pour ça...
If one wants to find something positive, their custom made jack, battery carts and bike mods allowed them to swap batteries faster than the official Stark team at Romaniacs. Even though it probably took a shitload of money to build and still requires two well trained mechanics, it seems to work.
OK, meanwhile, filling up a tank with a fuel derrick my GF could use takes ten seconds and costs thousands less.
Unrelated: that Bolt pic is quite something... Reminds me of Emig in Manjimup!
That Bolt picture is absolutely badass
Romaniacs and Erzberg??
I'm more interested in MX Elite championship starting this weekend: what can Herbreteau do in his 2nd year on the Stark, can improve on his 6th spot in the championship?
And excited to see what Yannis Lopez can do in MX2, he's a young and very promising rider, it's gonna be a steep learning curve but it should be interesting.
Yet to see any confirmation about HEWC but Karlsson is definitely racing Erzberg for the first time and coming back to Romaniacs to race the gold class this time!
Yeah, no.
😄
There will be a Stark Varg team in Motul ACU British Championship in 2026.
Series Director Paul Irwin posted earlier today that a 2 rider team headed up by former 85cc World Champ and EMX250 Champion Steven Clarke, and another rider , who i expect will be Eddie Wade, have an entry for the 2026 .
Wade is on Triumph I think.
I stand corrected, i did see he was moving to MX1, on Monday or Tuesday, and then this, with the fact he rode them in AX, i put 2+2 together and got 5.
So if its not Wade, thats another extra rider in MX1 , which is good.
EDIT :-Found the press release, which doesnt name the second rider.
Seems like Paul Irwin is only letting 2 bikes in , through the official Stark Future Team, to ensure that everything is properly controlled and all the right people are on hand. They already raced UK AX , and SuperEnduro, this is the next step.
It's cool to see more MX series opening up to electrics. AX UK was the first pro championship but MX is far more relevant for regular riders and potential customers.
Unsure if electrics are currently allowed in local UK series but once the pro series is opened, it should make it easier for regional/amateur series to open.
And that's great to get real world data about range with national level riders on varied tracks and conditions. MX Elite in France is 25 min + 2 laps, how long are the races in the British series?
Edit: Scottish MX unlocked as well
