Poopaganda,

It's an Arenacross in Germany... That's the only thing a 2-stroke is good for anymore.

Oh Sure,

It's a whole field of foopers except for 1 guy, so they build the track to suit what that 1 guy is riding.....

I had a long thing written and deleted by mistake, so fuck it you get a thumbnail now.

Matt Boni won in dominating fashion, throwing a nac-nac at the finish
Ricky Renner wins LCQ to final
Peick was in 5th in final, going for 4th when rider in front swapped into his wheel, taking him out.

Politelli had a bad night as in race one he tangled with Ryan Smith and in moto 2, he went to, apparently unassisted in a corner, and pulled off.

Smith was in about 6th in moto 1 until tangling with some hay bales and in moto 2 fought to a good 6th place. Tomorrow should be a good day for Ryan as no more nerves and unknows, this being his first overseas race and all

Good night

Tomorrow starts at 9am here, that's 3am EST

Big controversy first thing this morning, Matt Boni was disqualified from racing today. No bullshit. We had to go (Matt, team owner Robert Sturm, and myself) to the referee office and have a final review. Seems that Richier (or his team) protested Matt's first lap pass on him as "too aggressive" and also said he tried to elbow him, resulting in Richier's crash.

This was and is total bullshit.

So as Boni and I listen to the argue in German, I try to make out as much as I can, while getting more angry. We are then told that Matt was disqualified for today and cannot race, at this point I blew a gasket but tried to keep it in check as much as possible. I went over several instances of block passes and other instances far more aggressive, but they wanted to hear none of it. They read some rule from the rulebook, which is in German, so I ask "is that book in English?" and they replied "no." so how the he'll are Amerixsns supposed to know the rules when you have nothing in English and no riders meeting to cover important issues, it's like when JT$ got docked a spot in Stuttgart for a yellow flag infraction we did not know exists! Total bullshit.

So we left the office with Matt DQ'd for today, day 2

With some help with the former promoter of the race we found a provision in the rulebook where penalties are to be enforced in steps...warning, fine, DQ

Matt got none of that and went right to DQ, against their rulebook.

So Matt is back in on a 250€ fine and a review later

By the sanction, so he is allows to race, but overall and purse is to be held pending review.

Matt was fastest in his timed qualifier, Renner not only was fastest in his, but was fastest overall

Ryan smith won his LCQ again since his missed on time again, so he is now the self titled "Prince of Munich LCQ"

I was so pissed I kicked a steel trash bin mounted to the wall and I may have broken my foot.

I'm sorry, but the referees entirely over-reacted. Seems like they acted in favor to Pfeil. It's an arenacross with 25 sec. laptimes, of course people will touch and some will go down!

It's all fixed.
Seems that the promoters and referee went through the rulebook and realized they overreached.

So all is wiped out and forgotten.

As I was told, promoters realized it would never hold up in review with sanction.

Wow, I'm glad it got sorted out, but I'm sure he lost some sleep, he clocks already messed up. This racing is about touching, alot. Weston Peick got taken out in the whoops again last night while he was in 4th. Hes been taken down 4 of 5 nights so hopefully he can pull off a podium today.

Sorry, but the wifi in here is shit.
Boni is out. Got bad start in 1st quali, missed cut off and then caught gate in LCQ.
Renner was just taken out in half final LCQ
Peick just got 2nd in LCQ and goes to main.
Politelli won moto 1, crashed in moto 2 and took out smith on way back through field, but did win overall for the day by charging to like 5th. He can't win Prince of Munich due to his 2 DNFs yesterday.

Been a bad day for Sturm racing all the way around.

so now racing has become who can knock they other out - Seriously ?? Racing is one thing but taking another rider out intencianally is dangerous. I think someone needs to talk to those parents who tell there kid's I don't care where you finish just make sure Smith is on the ground. Not Good !!
